Schedule

Stay-Ahead Tutoring classes are exclusively available online. Our Math and English classes are conducted on weekdays between 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Please go through our Policies regarding class scheduling and make-up sessions.

Registration

Stay-Ahead offers rolling registration, which means you can sign up whenever you are ready to begin. Just complete the online tutoring registration, and we will initiate the student onboarding process.

Onboarding Process

  • Registration. To enroll your child in Stay-Ahead, please complete both the parent and student details on our MyPortal website.
  • Invoice. Our staff will send you an email invoice, which can be paid online. Once we receive the payment, we will begin the student onboarding process immediately.
  • Course Materials. The mode of delivery for program materials may differ depending on the programs you register for. Some materials will be mailed to your physical address, while others will be accessible online. To ensure prompt receipt of the student package, we suggest registering at least 5 working days ahead of the course start date.
  • Class Schedules. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to confirm alternative times that are suitable for you and your student.
  • Onboarding Instructions.Upon registration, we will send you and your student detailed onboarding instructions via email, which will guide your student on how to set up their computer and access the necessary tools and materials required to commence classes. All our online classes will be administered through Microsoft Teams.
