ADMIN ASSISTANT (PART TIME)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ramana Coaching Center is a tutoring center for grades 2-12 and specializes in SAT Prep. We are currently looking to hire a part-time Admin Assistant with excellent communication skills. Days & Hours are 12 PM - 8 PM Monday to Thursday, available on Saturday or Sunday. We are in the University Area in North Charlotte.

JOB DUTIES

  • Answering phones
  • Assist with on-boarding new students
  • Effectively manage calendar, schedule interviews
  • Schedule classes via outlook
  • Effectively screen phone calls
  • Respond to inquiries about our programs and respond to problems regarding schedules via phone or email.
  • May act as liaison for vendors and ensure payment of office-related invoices
  • Ad-hoc reporting/projects
  • Communicate with co-workers face-to-face, via email, instant messaging, or phone
  • Assist teammates to ensure projects are complete and cover shifts during vacations
  • General office tasks, greet guests, order supplies and other duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other members of management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work 12 PM - 8 PM Monday to Thursday and one day on weekends.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be dependable.
