BRANCH MANAGER (FULL TIME)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ramana Coaching Center (RCC) is currently looking for a Full Time Branch Manager for our Ballantyne location. A Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch. Duties include hiring staff and heading the onboarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the community, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assigning, overseeing, and monitoring administrative and financial tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Communicate personally with parents to ensure parents satisfaction.
• Support sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns, micro-marketing events, and trade shows.
• Ability to assist all functions such as onboarding new students, planning & execution of new RCC Programs.
